GRIEF WORK
Come tend.

Grief is a solitary journey we cannot do
alone. Courses and gatherings for
tending what the body carries. Â

I'm a therapist and entrepreneur who has spent twenty-five years accompanying helping professionals trying to do meaningful work inside systems that weren't built to hold them.
Â
I've built organizations and practices, co-created programs, co-written a book, and done my own grief work along the way. What I've learned is that the systems we build — and the ones we're trying to survive — shape us in ways we don't always name.
Â
I believe that how we build our practices, how we hold our clients, and how organizations tend their people are all expressions of the same commitment: to honor the full truth of human experience rather than manage around it. That belief is the through-line of everything I do, from EMBER practice architecture to grief-informed clinical training to organizational speaking.

If you landed here, something brought you. Let's see what that is.
